who will be the participating companies to be there?
i have been into a lot of jobfairs,,,but i was never been hired,,,some companies will just have to collect resumes from applicants and promise to text or call them for interviews (jobfair scenario)...but i have worked because i am submitting my application thru emails or just a walk-in submission.
i hope it's not just a participation in the said event. a lot of people really needs job seriously. marami nghihirap dito sa pilipinas..sana naman pagbigyan ng chance yong iba na gusto maka trabaho..pra sa kanilang pamilya at sa kahirapan na rin ng buhay.just like me.mostly nakikita ko pa puro nlng ACCOUNTING SATFF yong job hirings...meron iba hndi nila in-line ang job description na yan.may iba gsto mgtry ng ibang job positions...pero hndi naman pinapansin kasi kurso pa lng hndi na qualify or sa experiences...lahat ng trabaho nalalaman...khit nursing ka pa pwde kang maging cashier o Office clerk. anong purpose ng TRAINING sa company?
im on your side brax....i mean, who cares if hindi shoot ung course ko sa job na ina applayan ko! sabi nga nila meron Training! maybe its time for us to go fair!
