LYKA TRUCKING, is seeking a dynamic individual with a proven record of success, to join our team as a Logistic Officer to be responsible for transportation and fleet management activities for a site in Mindanao area. This position works with other local management members to maintain processes that ensure the safe, compliant, and timely transport of raw materials and finished goods.

The Logistic Officer will:

-Monitor site transportation activities in accordance with company operating procedures, and goals for transportation. This includes all governmental compliance such as LTFRB and LTO requirements.
-Assure the availability of competent and motivated transportation personnel at his/her location.
-Hire and supervise drivers and other transportation personnel as needed.
-Execute processes to maximize the value of the fleet under his/her management utilizing backhauls and other techniques.
-Perform other duties as assigned including special projects.

Job Requirements: The desired candidate will have:

-Three years of experience in transportation and/or fleet management.
-Experience in driver supervision, asset utilization, and regulatory compliance.
-Technical skills in dispatch and driver supervision.
-Energetic, forward-thinking, and creative individual with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional image.
-Problem analysis and problem resolution at a functional level.
-Strong customer orientation.
-Ability to lead people and to get results through others.
-Ability to understand business financials and operations measurements.
-Possess an operational, implementation, and detail oriented perspective.
-Computer proficiency including internet, Microsoft Office, and related software.
-Excellent organization and supervisory skills.
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
