COLLECTION STAFF
District Services Department
Qualifications:
• College graduate (preferably Commerce)
• With Professional Driver’s License (Restriction 1 and 2)
Functions include:
• Ensure proper documentation and posting of daily collection from banks, collectors-at-large and over-the-counter payments.
• Monitor account of delinquent customers as well as generate and serve demand letters to disconnected customers
SD INSPECTOR
Qualifications:
• Graduate of any Electrical course (preferably Electrical Engineering)
• Professional Driver’s License (Restriction 1 and 2)
• Computer Literate
Work assignments:
• Conducts DSD Streetlight Inspection;
• Conducts field inspection/evaluation of applicant’s service facilities to ensure safety and compliance with company policies, service standards and government laws.
