EQUIPMENT TECHNICIAN
(Technical Services Department)

Qualifications:
•       Graduate in BS Electrical Engineering
•       Professional Driver’s License R12
•       Knowledge in electrical engineering theories/practices with emphasis on power equipment maintenance

Functions include:
?       Conducts preventive maintenance, testing, calibration, repair & recording and/or monitoring of T&D equipment
?       To ensure the reliability of T&D equipment installed in the system.
?       Conducts required preventive maintenance, testing & repairs T&D facilities contracted by CEPALCO’s External Services Group.

MSD STAFF
(Management Services Department)

Qualifications:
•       Graduate of BS Accountancy
•       Related work experience is an advantage

Work assignments:
•       Gather, consolidate, analyze, monitor company-wide capital and operating expenditure budget, including justifications and projected financial statements
•       Consolidate medium-term Capital and Operating Forecasts and prepare justifications and analyses
•       Prepare timely and accurate financial and operational highlights
•       Prepare data and reports for management services and regulatory compliance

SUBSTATION OPERATIONS & MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

Qualifications:
?       Registered Electrical Engineer
?       Professional Driver’s License R12

Responsibilities:
?       To supervise the daily monitoring & reliable operations of power substations;
?       Takes charge in the immediate restoration of power in times of emergency;
?       Conducts manual switching operations of circuit breakers, switches and other equipment in the substation when there is SCADA failure;
?       Responsible in conducting substation trouble-shooting & maintenance works

DATA ENTRY STAFF

Qualifications:

?       Graduate of Electrical Engineering or any IT related course
?       Knowledgeable in Microsoft Application, AutoCad Hands on (2D)

Work assignments:

?       Performs JPU encoding, filing of hard copies of JPU files and other related data;
?       Drawing and costing preparation;
?       Assists in Work Order Data Entry for Line Construction and Maintenance Projects.

GIS QUALITY ASSURANCE SUPERVISOR

Qualifications:

?       BS Electrical Engineering
?       Experience/knowledge in process analysis and formulation, symbols creation and coding and relational database design.
?       Knowledge in one RDBMS software
?       Knowledge on map reading and update
?       Familiar with structure of corporate databases

Work assignments:

?       Consolidates edits from GIS Supervisor and Cartographer
?       Resolves edit/update conflicts and manages data editing sessions
?       Ensures data quality
?       Handles quality assurance tools
?       Assists the GIS System Administrator in the review and monitoring of geodatabase editing process and its performance and in managing GIS projects
