Job Summary:
Responsible for providing excellent customer service.
Interact with customers to provided and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.
Qualifications:
Male
At least College level
With 1 year relevant experience. Help Desk experience is an advantage.
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer-service skills
Must be able to respond to customer complaints, requests and inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Able to multi-task and prioritize many diverse tasks efficiently
