Pueblo de Oro Development Corporation, a highly progressive housing and property development company currently developing a 367-hectare prime property in Cagayan de Oro City into a comprehensive township project invites dynamic and topnotch individuals for the position of:
COLLECTION ASSISTANT
The successful candidate shall be responsible in preparing, maintaining and monitoring individual client’s ledger and account receivables. The ideal candidate we are looking for must have:
* A 4 year college graduate pref. accounting or business related course;
* Preferably with experience in account reconciliation/bookkeeping;
* Above average communication and interpersonal skills;
* Knowledge of various computer software and applications;
* Exposure to SAP is a plus
* Female; Single or Married
* 21 – 30 years old
PROJECT ENGINEER
The successful candidate shall be responsible in monitoring and tracking of materials issued to contractors’ vis-à-vis percentage of work completed. The ideal candidate we are looking for must have:
* Must be a license civil engineer;
* Male; between 27 – 35 yrs. Old;
* At least with 5 years’ experience in horizontal and vertical construction,
* Can do quantity estimates, knowledge in surveying (a plus)
* Willing to work under pressure and on extended hours;
* Computer Literate (AutoCAD, MS Office, etc.)
