AUTOCAD OPERATOR

Qualifications:
*Male or Female
*Candidate must possess a Bachelor\’s degree in  Architecture, Drafting Technology, Engineering or equivalent
*Have knowledge how to operate AutoCAD, Sketch Up and 3Dsmax.
*understanding in Geometric construction, working drawings and engineering terms and standards.
*at least 1 yr. of working experience in design and lay-out of construction plans of commercial establishments, proficient in cost estimation of project materials.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
*Design and lay-out of construction plans.
*Prepares and canvass cost of project materials.
*Coordinate with project materials issues and concerns for immediate action.
*Refer to the original certificate of Title and plot the corresponding measurements.
*Monitoring of equipment’s and materials for each projects.

Qualifications:
*Male or Female
*Graduate of BS Psychology or Human Resource Management graduate
*With 1-2 years experience in related field is an advantage.
*Proficient in MS Applications particularly in MS Word,Excel and PowerPoint.
*Very good communication skills including ability to influence,negotiate,coach and mentor.
*Good organizational and time management skills.
*Good interpersonal skills with an enabling style and ability to solve problems and has a strong personality.
*Excellent and exceptional communication, skills to be verbally fluent.
*Ability to use independent judgment and to manage and impart confidential information.
*Must have wide knowledge and expertise in administrative and business works.
*Must have wide knowledge in organizational policies and ethics.
*Knowledge and ability to develop and implement company policies.
*Can communicate well with other development officers.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
*Preparing Payroll to all employees.
*Ensuring that all benefits administered are consistent to their corresponding status and level.
*Maintains a record of all compensation and benefits employee movement such as promotion, regularization and merit increase.
*Ensuring all packages and benefits are legal.
