Johndorf Ventures Corporation is a wholly Filipino owned company engaged in real estate development providing a safe, sound and affordable housing facility.  It was established in Iligan City by the Lim family in the year 1986.  It has subsequently expanded its operations in other major cities in Mindanao as well as in Cebu and Davao.

PROPERTY ADMINISTRATOR

Responsibilities:

•       Receive all telephone calls and in-person visits. Listen to resident requests, concerns and comments.
•       Quickly complete maintenance Service Request and inform the maintenance team. Answer questions for residents about community, repairs, rent, rules, etc. Follow up on a timely basis if unable to respond to residents on all matters.
•       Ensure all maintenance repairs are handled satisfactorily by contacting residents with completed Service Requests on a weekly basis.
•       Maintain open communication with Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor.
•       Contribute to cleanliness and curb appeal of the community on continuing basis.
•       Assist in planning resident functions. Attend functions and participate as host for any functions as directed by the Property Manager.
•       Enforce policies of the community.

Qualifications:
•       Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
•       Knowledgeable in computer operations (word, excel, powerpoint, etc.)
•       flexible and knows how to deal with different types of people
•       Knows how to drive is an advantage
•       Must be articulate and responsible in everything especially in the assigned task
•       At least 2 years in handling subdivision for move-in units and other jobs related to the same field
•       Preferably 1-4 Years Experienced Employees specializing in Engineering – Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.

Site Engineer

Responsibilities:

•       Acts as the main technical adviser on a construction site for subcontractors and operatives
•       Setting out, levelling and surveying the site
•       Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations
•       Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications
•       Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plant
•       Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site
•       Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise

Qualifications:
•       Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Civil), Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
•       Knowledgeable in computer operations (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
•       Flexible and knows how to deal with different types of people
•       Must know how to drive (an advantage)
