•A graduate of any business course or any 4-year course,
•At least 6 months work experience as a Sales Officer or any related work experience
•With marketing and sales experience in a real estate industry is an advantage
•Can work quickly and accurately to deliver fast and efficient service to the customers without sacrificing the quality of work
•Good in oral and written communication skills
•Excellent Customer Relations skills
•A computer literate
•Flexible in schedule availability
•Can handle work under pressure
•Has the ability to perform tasks in the standard way at all times
•Hardworking, detail-oriented, organized, flexible, fast, efficient, neat, honest, and a team-player
