Human Resource Assistant

Job Summary: The Human Resources assistant assists with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the human resources functions and duties. The HR assistant carries tasks to ensure that the company policies and procedures are being implemented.
Qualifications: *Male or Female *Graduate of BS Psychology or Human Resource Management graduate *With 1-2 years experience in related field is an advantage. *Proficient in MS Applications particularly in MS Word,Excel and PowerPoint. *Very good communication skills including ability to influence,negotiate,coach and mentor. *Good organizational and time management skills. *Good interpersonal skills with an enabling style and ability to solve problems and has a strong personality. *Excellent and exceptional communication, skills to be verbally fluent. *Ability to use independent judgment and to manage and impart confidential information. *Must have wide knowledge and expertise in administrative and business works. *Must have wide knowledge in organizational policies and ethics. *Knowledge and ability to develop and implement company policies. *Can communicate well with other development officers.
Job Description: *Develop and implement company policies and assist other departments on the implementation of policies. *Performs customers service functions by answering employee requests and questions. *Encoding and keeping background information of the employees. *Conducts benefits enrollment for new employees. *Assists with the preparation of the performance review forms. *Schedules meeting and interviews as requested by the HR Manager. *Makes,photocopies,faxes documents into appropriate employee files. *Maintain the personal records of employees on matters such as wages, leave and training, and prepare associated management reports *Use a number of management information systems to record, maintain, plan and manage the organization\‘s human resources. *Provide advice and information to management and employees on human resource policies and procedures, including equal opportunity, anti-discrimination and occupational health and safety programs. *Provide guidance to management staff regarding appropriate progressive discipline steps *Take part in strategic management *Perform other functions that may be assigned.
