MECHANICAL STAFF
(GENERAL MAINTENANCE SECTION)
Qualifications:
•Graduate of Mechanical Engineering
•Male or Female
•With at least 5 years work experience
Work assignments:
•Performs standard routine checks on equipment;
•Monitors settings of water supply, fire alarm, irrigation and sewerage systems;
•Conducts monitoring, planning and execution of Planned Preventive Maintenance on various system within the complex;
•Coordinates and oversees maintenance and services of mechanical and electrical components;
•Evaluates and analyzes breakdown problems; establishes inventory and availability of tools and equipment and;
•Develops monitoring and maintenance strategies, procedures and methods and control maintenance cost.
