1. MARKETING HEAD (CAGAYAN)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• To formulate “SMART” strategies and tactics in support of freight, franchisee operators, logistics customer acquisition programs, retention and growth
• Increase the market visibility of the company
• Carry out demographic research and analyze market data
• To provide backroom support to freight, franchisee operators, and logistics department.
• Assist to their concerns (requests for rates, rates follow-up, credit extension, other sales concession)
• To maintain and introduce process improvement in Customer Relations Management Program.
• To promote company branding in giving corporate gifts to clients and other sales materials or sales advertisement on freight services

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Business Studies/Marketing/Management or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): good in oral and written communication skills, with leadership skills, organized and spontaneous person, can work with less supervision, Can easily adapt to change and flexible.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in CDO
• Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.

2. COASTING MANIFEST IN CHARGE/DOCUMENTATION AND TRAFFIC (CAGAYAN)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To provide excellent customer service
•to provide accurate and reliable data
•Excellent documentation files management

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Business Studies/Accounting or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): good in oral and written communication skills, with leadership skills, organized and spontaneous person, can work with less supervision
• Can easily adapt to change and flexible.
• Keen to details
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in CDO
• Preferably 2 years Experienced in Shipping
