Social Media Coordinator (Northern Mindanao – Pueblo IT Park, Cagayan de Oro City)

Responsibilities:

Monitors social media channels such as Twitter, Facebook, Reviews and others. Looks for opportunities in these channels to manage and improve customer loyalty and promote positive overall brand perception. Drives campaigns to increase and improve the brand social media influence.

Functional/Technical
KRA: Social Media Monitoring and Workflow

  • Responsible for monitoring social media on a daily basis. The following are some expected duties.
  • Excellent English communication skills (oral and written)
  • Strong analytical skills and focus to detail
  • Provide troubleshooting tips to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Reviews all content posted in real-time
  • Enforcing set policies
  • Tags and workflows content
  • Tracks progress of cases
  • Drives campaigns to increase social media presence and influence
  • Community moderation
  • Escalation point for critical social media cases
  • Stay abreast on content, activities, programs and processes by working closely with key individuals or groups within the organization that provide material/resources to promote a positive customer experience.
  • Assists in training new Social Media Coordinators.
  • Assists in regular QA and coaching for Social Media Junior Coordinators.

KRA: Productivity/Reports Submitted

  • Submits status report of events, on-going activities and statistics on a regular basis.
  • Assists in formulating metrics to utilize in measuring productivity and other system.
  • Conducts data mining, weekly, monthly, quarterly reports as required by the business.

B. Administrative

  • Attends team meeting to get updates, information, and feedback on production
  • Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of personal and project team work station through good housekeeping practices to ensure a safe, orderly, and comfortable physical work environment.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree or Post Graduate Diploma / Master’s Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Knowledge in networking products
  • Excellent English oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience as a Technical Support or Customer Service Professional
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Social Media Coordinator experience is required
  • Knowledge in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge in use of different browsers such as Firefox and IE
  • Knowledge in use of different Windows OS is a plus
  • Knowledge in mobile devices is a plus
  • Knowledge in various social media engagement tools is required (like Radian6, Sprinklr, HootSuite)
