1. SATELLITE OFFICER for General Santos City

Job Descriptions:

•To achieve satellite annual targets on Membership, Total Assets, Deposits, Share Capital, Loan Releases, Net Surplus, Portfolio at Risk and COOP PESOS rating.
•To ensure the policies, systems, and procedures in the satellite operations are followed according to the manual of operations.
•To supervise the overall daily satellite operation.

Qualifications:

•Bachelor of Science in Business Administration or Commerce
•At least three (3) years experience in cooperative operations
•At least three (3) years experience in a supervisory position
•Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
•Strong analytical and decision-making skills
•Effective planning and organizing skills
•Spirituality-imbued character
•Effective team player

2. ACCOUNT OFFICERS for General Santos City, Davao City, Butuan City, Iligan City, Pagadian City and Cagayan de Oro City.

Job Objectives:

•To conduct credit investigation, background check and collateral appraisal
•To recommend loanable amount of the member
•To facilitate on time collections

Qualifications:

•Bachelor of Science in Business Administration or Commerce
•At least one year experience in lending operations
•Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
•Good oral and written communication skills
•Knowledge in collateral appraisal
•Spiritually-imbued character
•Effective team player

3. MEMBERSHIP DEVELOPMENT OFFICERS for General Santos City, Davao City, Butuan City, Iligan City, Pagadian City and Cagayan de Oro City.

Job Objectives:

•To campaign for new regular and group members
•To facilitate processing of new accounts

Qualifications:

•Preferably business courses.
•At least one year experience in lending operations
•Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
•Good oral and written communication skills
•Knowledge in collateral appraisal
•Spiritually-imbued character
•Effective team player

4. ACCOUNTING CLERKS for General Santos, Davao, Cagayan de Oro, and Iligan City

Job Objectives:

•To prepare financial reports
•To maintain reliable and accurate financial records

Qualifications:

•Must be accountancy graduate.
•At least one year experience in accounting.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
•Good oral and written communication skills
•Knowledge in collateral appraisal

•Effective team player

5. TELLERS for General Santos, Davao, Cagayan de Oro, and Iligan City

Job Objectives:

•To receive and disburse cash
•To ensure accurate disbursement of cash to avoid shortages or overages

Qualifications:

•College graduate and must have pleasing personality.
•With or without experience.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
