1. The H.R. Assistant for Northern Mindanao (handling branches in Cagayan de Oro, Butuan & Iligan) assists the H.R. Manager in the following areas:

– Recruitment and staffing logistics (e.g. sourcing media to post information on vacancies, releasing list of pre-employment requirements, etc.)
– Employee performance evaluations
– Conducting interviews and employee orientation
– Employee Relations and Communication (e.g. writing memoranda)
– Planning and facilitating company events (e.g. seminars, celebrations, etc.)
– Employee safety and wellness
– Maintaining employee files (201) and ensuring that data is updated
– Other clerical duties

The Applicant must be:

– A graduate of B.S. Psychology / Management / Business Administration or related bachelor’s degree
– Female
– At least 20-30 years old
– Willing to travel
– Computer literate
– Knowledgeable in HR practices (Labor laws, government remittances, etc.)

2. The Graphic Artist (Print Arts Department) is tasked to:

– Brainstorm and mock up ideas
– Conceptualize designs according to the demands of the client
– Execute design and lay out using appropriate computer software

The Applicant must be:

– A graduate of Associate / Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Fine Arts, Design, or any related course
– Male/Female
– At least 20-30 years old
– Willing to render overtime if needed
– Knowledgeable in design software

3. The Marketing Officer (Sales & Marketing Department) is tasked to:

– Develop and maintain professional relationship with clients and the local community
– Promote products and services through client visitations (current and potential), telemarketing, trade shows, public relations, etc.
– Prepare Marketing Reports and assist Management in creating marketing plans
– Manage customer feedback and ensure immediate troubleshooting when needed
– Close sales

The Applicant must be:

– A graduate of B.S. Management / Business Administration / Marketing / Communication Arts / Psychology / Engineering / Architecture
– Male/Female
– A “people person”
– At least 20-35 years old
– Willing to travel
– Computer literate

4. The Accounting Clerk is tasked to:

– Provide financial information to the Management by analyzing accounting data
– Prepare reports
– Compile information on assets and liabilities
– Document financial transactions
– Maintain accounting controls
– Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
– Maintain financial security by following internal controls
– Recommend approval for payments and disbursements after verifying documentation

– A graduate of B.S. Accountancy / Management Accounting / Financial Management / Business Administration
– Male/Female
– At least 20-35 years old
– Willing to travel
– Computer literate
– Knowledgeable of Accounting practices and industry standards
