Qualifications:

• Must have an experience in managing people.

4. Design Staff

Qualifications:
• Male or Female, not more than 35 years old
• Graduate of BS Architecture course
• Preferably with Experience
• Has strong personality and keen to details
• Has sense of maturity, responsible, and hardworking

5. HR STAFF

Qualifications:
• Female, not more than 30 years old
• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Psychology
• Preferably with experience in Recruitment
• With good communication and interpersonal Skills
• Flexible and will o take on other related tasks deemed by the HR Head

• Prompt in meeting with deadlines and can work under pressure

6. SALES STAFF

Qualifications:
• Male/Female, not more than 28 years old
• Graduate of any four year course
• With experience in Sales for at least 6 months
•Has good marketing, technical, and interpersonal skills
• Honest, patient, & hardworking
• Willing to work on field

7. ASSIST. BRANCH HEAD

Qualifications:
• Male, not more than 35 years old
• Graduate of any four year course
• Must have an experience in managing people in a lending business.
• Honest, patient, & hardworking
• Must have own motorcycle & familiar with the different areas of CDOC.

8. Site Engineer

Qualifications:
• Male, not more than 35 years old

9. 2-CREDIT INVESTIGATOR

Qualifications:
• Male, not more than 28 years old
• Graduate of any four year course
• Willing to work on field & has good interpersonal skills
• Good in documentation & analytical skills
• Honest, patient, & hardworking
• Must have own motorcycle & familiar with the different areas of CDOC.
