Position: RECRUITMENT & TESTING OFFICER

Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Psychology or Bachelor of Arts in Psychology
  • Preferably Female, 22-35 years old
  • Fluency in both oral and written English & Filipino communications
  • At least 1 year experience in the same position or related function
  • Knowledgeable in psychological testing administration and interpretation
  • Has initiative, resourcefulness, with good interpersonal relations and problem-solving ability
  • Excellent working knowledge on MS Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Organized and can work with minimum supervision
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality, demonstrating integrity and ethical behavior
  • Must possess a positive, assertive, happy disposition & with pleasing personality
