PURCHASING STAFF
(1 Vacant Position)
The Purchasing Staff is involved in the preparation, acknowledgement, control, monitoring, filing, review and reporting of purchase requests / orders, sourcing and control of suppliers, respond to end-user and supplier inquiries on order status, changes / cancellations, amongst others.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
– Graduate of any 4-year Business Management or Administrative Course or equivalent
– With experience in the solicited field
– Detail oriented
– Strong organizational and exceptional analytical skills
– Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Professional demeanor
– Ability to follow direction and work independently
