Johndorf Ventures Corporation is a company engaged in Property Development. It was established in Iligan City by the Lim family in the year 1986. It has operations in major cities in the Visayas and Mindanao.
1.) Accounting Staff – Finance and Admin (Cagayan de Oro, Cebu City, Davao City)

Responsibilities:

• Process and monitors weekly and monthly utilities expenses
• Process brokers commission
• Process, analyze, monitors contractors request for billing/payment
• Process, analyze monitors suppliers request for billing/payment
• Checks and encodes all account payables to the peachtree program
• Process check vouchers
• General accounting

Qualifications:

Previous job with a real estate company is an advantage
Has a degree in any accountancy course.
Experience of 1-2 years
Computer Literate (MS Office, peachtree, etc)
With exemplary interpersonal, analytical, and mathematical skills
Can work independently as well as with a team
Can start immediately

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-2 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Finance – General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
Full-Time position(s) available.

2.) Property Management Supervisor (Cagayan de Oro City, Davao City, Cebu City)

Reviews financial reports due to clients on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Maintains role as primary/secondary contact for tenants relative to tenant service requests.

Assists in preparing and executing annual operating budget, as directed by the manager.
Develop and maintain positive owner/tenant relationships.
Assist and reviews all collections
Inspect properties ready for move in to guarantee that services are at the highest level of quality standards.
Assist in negotiating of service contracts of all vendors with the homeowners before turn over of project and after turn over of project for faster facilitation
Prepare aged receivables reports and variance analysis. Work with tenants, manager, and financial department to clear up aged items.
Ensure that appropriate insurance requirements are in place for all tenants and vendors used at the property.
Must be available to respond to after-hours emergency calls as needed.
Coordinates with site engineers regarding move in schedules, rectification and other move in procedures

Qualifications:

Must be organized and detailed oriented, with the ability to multi-task and work independently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
Demonstrates initiative and reflects a sense of urgency in daily duties by meeting or improving upon deadlines.
Experience with financial reporting and strong financial analysis skills.
Advanced computer skills with understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel.
A Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
Has high analytical, statistical and mathematical skills

3.) Project Manager (Cagayan de Oro City, Davao City, Cebu City)

Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for project delivery and implementation and leads each construction management team in having best construction practices, in compliance to quality standards and specifications and ensures timely delivery of project.
Responsible for communication and monitoring of contractors in terms of their performance and deliverables
Responsible for project oversight and ensures proper coordination and communication between construction and other concerned departments
Directs activities to ensure safety and quality procedures are strictly complied with and continuous improvement is practiced
Provides technical review and critique of project plans and details
Provides management and technical support in resolving problems encountered at site.
Responsible for general public and/or local government unit requirements (permits and licenses), landowners, and interest groups concerning zoning, subdivision and residential building/condo projects, and engineering regulations, standards, or policies;
Conducts regular project review and reporting of project status and requirements to top management
Periodically reviews performance of subordinates and rates them based on their accomplishments against their Key Result Areas (KRA)

Requirements/Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Civil Engineering, Master’s Degree is an advantage
Required skills: Computer literate, Microsoft Office, basic Autocad
Must have at least 10 years of working experience in Horizontal (and/or Vertical Construction)
Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Construction Management
Must have above average leadership, analytical, and problem solving skills
Has the ability to be a team leader and manage subordinates to maximize their potentials and capabilities
Full-Time position available
