FINANCE STAFF (1 MONTH RELIEVER)
Qualifications:
• Female
• 22-25 years old
• Single
• College graduate (B.S. Accountancy or any business-related course)
• At least 1-2 years experience
• With pleasing personality
• Organized/Systematic
• Computer literate
• With good communication skills
• Works under pressure
Job Description/Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Prepares Certificate of Ownership of closed account of customers.
2. Prepares closed account and House Finance summary.
3. In- charge of releasing of checks for suppliers and payments of bills…etc.
4. Assists in facilitating of credit cards of customers in case the in-charge is not around.
5. Posting of customers payment to EOL/SKU.
6. Prepares Transaction Adjustment Form (TAF) every Saturday to be submitted to Accounting (MAR).
7. Prepares monitoring for postdated checks to be submitted to “PDC In-Charge.”
8. Performs other duties as assigned.
