Territory Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Planning and recruitment of Financial Advisors as per company’s goals, targets and objectives.
• Training and development of leaders and advisors to enable them to deliver their respective monthly KRA targets consistently through successful implementation of company strategies and tools.
• Coaching, mentoring and performance management of direct reports.
• Performing tasks that may be assigned by the immediate head from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Sales – Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust, etc) or equivalent. Job role in Supervisor/Team Lead or Management.
• With background in people management and sales recruitment
