1. Junior Software Engineer (Cagayan de Oro City)(Northern Mindanao – Pueblo de Oro I.T. Park, Cagayan de Oro City)

Responsibilities:
Develops in-house production and backroom software based on the company’s requirements by following the software development cycle of customers both external and internal.
Conducts testing of software in preparation for its rollout to enhance its effectiveness and user-friendliness.
Troubleshoots software problems in the production floor as it occurs or checks from the shift log accomplished by the Team Leaders on problems that occurred the previous night to immediately take corrective action.
Conducts rounds to check on the condition of the software used by both operations and backroom units and renders advice to operations staff on how to solve such problems.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer – Software or equivalent. Job role in Software Engineer/Programmer or Software Architect.

2. HR-Organization Development Supervisor
for Cagayan de Oro City

Responsibilities:
Designs, creates and revises courses; incorporating basic training components.
Develops courses or curriculum based on direction provided by Manager, incorporating general leadership development principles.
Participates in meetings to gather data and documents from the Subjet Matter Experts (SMEs).
Designs coursework and training materials by filling in the details in the storyboard provided by the Manager and SMEs.
Tracks training and organizational trends and makes necessary changes to current courses and programs.
Prepares project updates for the project heads. May work with the department/account heads to create a report for tracking and completion

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree or Post Graduate Diploma / Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent.
Required language(s): English.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. Job role in Organizational Development/Change Management or equivalent.
