ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
(1 Vacant Position)
The Administrative Assistant shall work under the Operations Manager and shall provide management with objective and comprehensive information on effectiveness and efficiency of programs and operations. The Administrative Assistant shall also be tasked in the monitoring, implementation and improvement of administrative and operational systems and procedures, amongst others.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
– Graduate of any 4-year Business Management or Administrative Course or equivalent
– Preferably with experience
– Detail oriented
– Strong organizational and exceptional analytical skills
– Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Excellent in report and case study formulation and presentation
– Professional demeanor
– Ability to follow direction and work independently
