1. ROW (Right-of-Way) NEGOTIATOR
(Line Project Management Section)

Qualifications:

– Graduate of any engineering discipline.
– At least 3 years in a power utility company, with exposure and familiarity in Transmission and Distribution operations and line maintenance.
– Professional Driver’s License R12

Functions include:

– Negotiation with the property owners (ROW Easement)
– Facilitate Payment to affected lot / property / improvement owners
– Establish partnership/coordination with applicable government agencies

2. CONTROLLER’S STAFF
(Management Services Group)

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Accountancy
• Related work experience is an advantage

Work assignments:

• Gather, consolidate, analyze, monitor company-wide capital and operating expenditure budget, including justifications and projected financial statements
• Consolidate medium-term Capital and Operating Forecasts and prepare justifications and analyses
• Prepare timely and accurate financial and operational highlights
• Prepare data and reports for management services and regulatory compliance
