Area Security Specialist (CDO)
(Northern Mindanao)

Responsibilities:

•Manage security operations in the facilities within his Area of Responsibility
•Assist the Security Operations Manager in accomplishing quarterly MSA reviews of those facilities.
•Ensure that all Security Management Systems required periodic testing are completed on time and the results submitted to the Security Operations Leader and Security Compliance Leader within the prescribed period.
•Lead the minor investigations in his AOR.
•Accomplish Security Incident reporting as required in the Risk Management Manual for incidents occurring within his AOR.
•Ensure that Emergency Planning requirements at facilities within his area of responsibility are properly implemented and documented.
•Participate as a team member in proactive information protection reviews as directed by the delivery leaders of existing accounts.
•Manage proactive information security audits within customer accounts as a governance.

Requirements:
•Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Criminology/Protective Services & Management, Others or equivalent.
•Required skill(s): Problem resolution skills.
•Required language(s): English, Filipino
•At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
•Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Physical Security/Protective Services, Security Operations or equivalent. Job role in Security Officer or equivalent.
•1 Full-Time position(s) available.
