Position: Technical Assistant – Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Assist Property Manager in day-to-day operations of the property
• Ensure equipment reliability
• Prepare cost estimate and scope of work
• Perform utilities monitoring and submit report
• Spearhead the maintenance group
• Initiate enercon and system improvements
• Assist tenants in their inquiries/concerns

Requirements:

• Licensed Mechanical Engineer
• At least 1 year experience in Equipment Maintenance, Project Management, HVAC or Construction
• Has background in preparing and evaluating plans, cost estimate, and quality assurance/control
• Customer service oriented and can work under pressure
• Good communication skills
• Good leadership skills
• Fresh graudates are also encouraged to apply
