Position: Resident/Leasing Manager

Position summary:
A Resident / Leasing Manager trains and manages the leasing team and directs the sales efforts of an apartment community. The Resident / Leasing Manager is responsible for providing exceptional service to community residents, future residents and the corporate management team. This individual must provide the community with value and quality by assessing the needs of client they are assisting and providing a solution that not only coincides with the goals of the community but is beneficial for all concerned parties. The Resident / Leasing Manager also takes an active role in the external marketing and advertising of vacancies.

Basic responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Keeping a high level of service in mind with every task while resolving conflict to benefit all concerned parties
2. Advanced bookkeeping and clerical work
3. Facilitating all aspects in the apartment leasing process
4. Respecting the boundaries of confidentiality, fair housing laws and safety
5. Planning and executing on site marketing and advertising directives
6. Mentoring and training new leasing consultants
7. Vigilant tracking of market trends and implementation of said tracking through outreach and market surveys.

Ideal candidates will have:
1. Min. of 2 years leasing experience
2. Proven track record
3. Ability to multi-task
4. 1-3 years in a management position
5. Strong customer service background and skills
