1. Sales Executive

* Graduate of Tourism/Hotel and Restaurant Management/Marketing related courses
* has a background in the hospitality industry specifically in sales and marketing
* has a rather good grasp of both written and spoken English
* presentable and articulate, with above average guest relations skills
* proactive, organized and can work under pressure
* willing to do sales calls and business development to prospective clients

2. Front Desk Supervisor

* height requirement: 5’4″ for female and 5’8″ for male, preferably single
* minimum 1 year supervisory experience at the Front Office
* presentable and articulate, with above average guest relations skills
* has a rather good grasp of both written and spoken English
* ability to interact, lead a team and takes ownership and initiative
* with background in Opera Property Management System is an advantage

3. F&B Associate

* height requirement: at least 5’2″ for female and 5’4″ for male
* Graduate of 4 year or vocational courses related to Hotel and Restaurant Management
* experience in working in a fine dining restaurant
* able to complete all cleaning and preparation food service
* be able to work flexible times
* exceptional customer service skills
* quick, attentive to details and in anticipating needs of the customer
* presentable and personable

5. Concierge

* height requirement: at least 5’10” (male only)
* Graduate of 4 year or vocational courses related to Hotel and Restaurant Management
* well versed in oral English language
* personable, conversant and able to give directions to guests
* assist Front Desk and able to do general office errands
* knows how to drive

6. Storekeeper/Receiver

* Male graduate of Commerce preferably Accounting or its equivalent
* preferably with experience in Storekeeping, Receiving and Issuance/Requisition
* keen to details
* good built to be able to carry supplies
* knows how to drive

7. Club Lounge Officer

* ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism
* minimum 1 year experience in Hotel operations specifically in Food & Beverage and Front Office
* excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
