OPERATIONS MANAGER- VISMIN
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the formulation, recommendation, administration of plans, policies and programs for the over –all maintenance and security requirements in assigned Toys R Us stores.
• Prepares analysis and provides sound conclusions and recommendation to improve business.
• Recommends and develops strategies in line with management, brand and financial objectives.
• Ensures proper implementation of employee discipline, company policies and procedures in assigned stores.
• Coordinates with Head Office support departments on concerns and issues related to store Operations.
Qualifications:
• Must be a graduate of any Four -Year Course preferably Business or any related course.
• Minimum of 3 years Experience in Store Management
• Must be willing to travel to conduct store visits.
• Position will be based in Cebu, Cagayan de Oro or Bacolod.
