Position: DCRC (DEALERSHIP CUSTOMER RELATIONS CENTER)

Qualifications:

  • a graduate of Marketing, Communication Arts or any related course
  • systematic, charismatic and customer-oriented 3. with above average interpersonal and communication skills 4. Preferably with at least 1 year relevant experience
  • Familiarity with Ford products & services is a plus
