• Male/Female, not more than 35 years old
• A graduate of any four year business course
• With supervisory experience for at least one year
• With experience in a financing and lending field
• Has a sense of maturity, responsible, and honest

2. Assistant Collection Head

• Male, not more than 35 years old
• A graduate of any four year course
• With supervisory experience for at least one year
• With extensive training or work experience in financing and lending field
• Willing to do field work
• Must be goal oriented and determined
• Must be responsible, honest, & hardworking
• Must have his own motorcycle with drivers’ license

3. Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

• Female, not more than 35 years old
• Must be a licensed public accountant
• With supervisory experience for at least one year
• With extensive training or work experience in accounting
• Must be good in documentation and analytical skills.
• Must be responsible, honest, hardworking
