We are currently hiring for:
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE ( CSR) for CEBU
Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide answers to inquiries involving a company’s product or services to enhance the level of customer satisfaction.
2. Communicate with the customers to respond, follow-up and resolve issues.
3. Deal with customer feedback and determine action on the customer’s request.
Qualifications:
1. Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field 2. Excellent English communication skills.
3. Customer service account experience is an advantage.
4. Must be sharp and aggressive.
5. Computer-literate with at least 35wpm typing skills.
7. Fresh graduates are always welcome to apply.
8. Willing to work night shifts.
9. Full time positions.
10.Willing to be assigned in Cebu with Relocation Package and Ramp Bonus
