SLERS Industries, Inc. began as a personal culinary endeavor in 1969, when Fely Pelaez learned to prepare delicious smoked country ham in her home at Del Monte, Bukidnon. That year, family members and friends bought her ham for Noche Buena (Christmas dinner).

We are currently INVITING dynamic individuals to be part of our growing organization and fill in the following job position.

STOCKMAN
Alae, Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Supply and retrieve necessary supplies and products to production

• Observe stock arrangement according to FIFO

• Perform housekeeping duties

• Observes 5S, GMP,SSOP policies of the Company

• Other duties as assigned by supervisor or lead person

• Complete necessary computer work and/or paperwork accurately

PERSON SPECIFICATION

Experience as a Stockman
ABILITIES AND ATTRIBUTES

Ability to assist colleagues/team in their job duties when needed.

Plan and organize materials and items at proper places

Meeting deadlines in submission of Inventory Report

Attend training programs sponsored by company for professional development.
Ability to cope with pressure of fast-paced work

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

College level or high school graduate

Maintain and manage inventories accurately.

Can work swiftly to finish job on time

Can lift products that weigh 30 kilos and above

Good written and spoken communication skills

Well organized and good at planning

Computer literate
