SALES COORDINATOR

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Liaise with buyer/customer- cost prices, contracts
• Reaches new market
• Monitors inventory including company assets
• Plans & implements marketing activities
• Plans & forecast sales
• Evaluates historical data
• Reviews & analyses sales data
• Conducts Operations Audit
• Provides excellent customer service
• Manages, trains and supervises staff
• Submits weekly reports– feedback, coverage plan
• Practice Food Safety
• Productivity
• Green
• Other functions that maybe assigned from time to time

Requirements:

Experience in Sales & Marketing or similar environment Retail and business Experience of public speaking and representing a professional organisation in a public capacity.
Knowledge of business and management principles involved in sales, marketing
Educated to degree level of business, administration, management, marketing courses
An excellent problem solver who takes a dynamic and pro- active approach to finding effective solutions Leadership skills and ability to inspire others, establish a shared vision and motivate people to work together to achieve shared objectives.
Ability to think strategically and to anticipate and plan for organisational and industry change.
Sound judgement and an understanding of the need to maintain objectivity and an ability to set and maintain professional boundaries.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills including report writing
Proficiency in Windows application, Peachtree, Google Docs Driving with license
Strong sense of Customer Service
Well organized and negotiation skills
Willing to travel out of town & to be transferred to territory
