ROBINSONS SUPERMARKET CORPORATION IS IN NEED OF:

1. INFORMATION CLERK
(CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE)

• Responsible for the customer requests, queries, and other services deemed necessary
• Responsible for the proper implementation and monitoring of corporate accounts, extended services, and other customer-oriented services of the store
• Facilitate store return / exchange policy program
• Female, not more than 28 years old; Graduate of any four-year course

2. DEPARTMENT HEAD

• Assist the Store Manager in implementing customer service and merchandise display standards.
• Responsible for the achievement of department sales and profitability.
• Experience in service-oriented companies like retail and fastfood will be an advantage.
• Possess strong leadership skills and willing to work on weekends and holidays.

3. RECEIVER

• Will be responsible for receiving of incoming items of the store
• Experience in the same capacity preferred
• Male, not above 28 years old and Graduate of any four-year course

4. CASHIERING SUPERVISOR- OPERATIONS

• Directly supervises the cashiers
• Female, at least 25 years old; graduate of any four- year course
• At least 2 years experience in cash/ front- end operations in any service- oriented organization.
• With pleasing personality, fast learner, and hardworking and with good moral character.
• Preferably with experience in cash operations in any service-oriented organization.
• Female, not above 26 years old, at least 5’ in height and Graduate of any four-year course
