Position: HR Staff

Job Summary:

• Conducts human resources planning for the entire company;
• Recruits human resources needed and requisitioned by the other departments and its own;
• Develops sound recruitment, screening, selection and placement policies and procedures in coordination with the other departments;

Job Specifications:

• Male or Female
• Must be a holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral studies or in Psychology or any Behavioral Science
• Should posses a pleasant and healthy attitude which will effectively enable him/her to represent both the management and the workers
• Should possess good judgment
• Preferably with at least 1 year relevant work experience. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
