Company: Pueblo de Oro Development Corporation, the owner-developer of the 367-hectare masterplanned Pueblo de Oro township project in Cagayan de Oro City, invites dynamic and topnotch individuals to apply for the following positions:

Positions and Qualifications:

1. GENERAL SERVICES & TECHNICAL ASSISTANT

The successful candidate shall be responsible in assisting the General & Technical Services Officer (GTSO) in preparing daily and weekly schedule of activities and daily deployment schedule of Operation’s personnel. He will assist in supervising, monitoring and inspecting ground maintenance and general repair works. The ideal candidate we are looking for should have the following qualifications:

• Licensed Civil Engineer
• 1 year work related experience is a plus
• Male, 24 – 29 years old
• Knows how to drive 4 wheel vehicles/motorcycle
• Computer literate preferably knows CAD operation
• Excellent work attitude

2. SALES ADMIN ASSISTANT

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient facilitation of all transfer of titles/shares of clients and maintenance of clients’ record and documents. The ideal candidate we are looking for should have the following qualifications:

• A BS degree in any business course
• 1 year work experience in real estate is a plus
• Knowledge in various computer software applications
• Above average communication and interpersonal skills
• Female, Single/Married between 24 – 35 years old.
