Qualifications:
-At least 18 years old
-Good customer service and listening skills for key facts and questions
-Good English communication and comprehension skills
-Preferably with 6 month call center experience (Banking and Financial Accounts)
– Applicants with no call center experience are welcome to apply
-Possess excellent verbal presentation and communication techniques
-With critical thinking and problem solving skills
-With basic Math proficiency
