Qualification:
1. Preferably a college graduate of B.S. Psychology, B.S. Commerce or any business/behavioral related discipline
2. Has experience in hiring & recruitment, training & development, and other basic HR functions
3. Highly organized and results-oriented
4. Has good human relations skills
5. Proficient in MS Office applications
6. Advanced verbal and written communication skills
