1. Training & Recruitment Assistant

• Female, 25 – 35 years old
• Preferably a graduate of B.S. Psychology or B.A. Management
• With exposure on the following: Facilitating/conducting training, training
• Requirement assessment, carrying-out employees competency development program, competency-based interview.
• Results-driven, smart, pro-active, with good family background
• With pleasing personality
• Computer literate (Powerpoint, Excel, Word)

2. Coop Clerk

• Female, 22 – 30 years old
• Preferably a graduate of B.S. Accounting or any Business Courses
• With background / knowledge in Basic Accounting and bookkeeping
• Business minded, can work on a minimal supervision
• Will consider basic minimum wage in Cagayan de Oro
• Meticulous in details
• Computer literate (Powerpoint, Excel, Word)
