Position: HR STAFF

Job Summary:

  • Conducts human resources planning for the entire company;
  • Recruits human resources needed and requisitioned by the other departments and its own;
  • Develops sound recruitment, screening, selection and placement policies and procedures in coordination with the other departments;

Job Specification:

  • Female
  • She must be a holder of a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology
  • Should possess a pleasant and healthy attitude which will effectively enable her to represent both the management and the workers
  • Should possess good judgment
  • Preferably with at least 1 year relevant experience
