OPERATION HEAD
• Male
• Ages 30 to 45 years old
• It has the authority to Manage the shipping lines, Airlines, and Tucking
• Willing to work under pressure
• With good Supervision
Accountabilities: The job holder will be accountable for developing, delivering, recording and reporting on the following areas.
• Monthly operations reports
• Supervision of staff and manpower planning
• Daily, weekly and monthly schedule planning
• Efficiency of handling of aircraft, cargo and mail
• Establishment of good working relations with airport agencies and authorities, airlines and agents
• Co-ordination with Ramp Co-ordinators and load controllers
• Ensuring policies and procedures are followed.
Decision Making Authority: The job holder has authority to act on behalf of the Ground Services Manager in respect of the application of policies and procedures.
Planning, Data Gathering and Organizing: The job holder is expected to plan and organize his/her own work schedule as well as passenger agents/lead agents.
Report Preparation: Written English reporting will be a requirement of this role.
Subordinates: Cargo porters and baggage handlers will report directly to the job holder.
