Dream Team Outsourcing is looking for:

1. Google Adwords Specialist

Primarily responsible for managing, analysing and optimising Google Adwords campaigns based on specific key performance indicators.

– must be Cebu-based
– part time or full time position
– with at least 3 years of experience in Google Adwords; Adwords Certified Professional is a plus
– motivated, flexible, team player and deadline oriented

2. Email Marketing Specialist

Primarily responsible for creating email marketing campaigns for e-commerce products promotions, marketing funnel, and keeping in touch with existing customers. He or she determines target audience, devises campaigns and launches email campaigns to create buzz and generate leads.

– Must have at least 2 years experience in email marketing and understand the new spamming laws
– Should know how to create and design emails; knowledge in HTML is a plus
– Strong command in verbal and written English – specifically knows American word culture/slangs. Good communication skills both in written and verbal.
– Social media savvy; must know how to use, engage, and manage Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus + and other social media sites
– Flexible, motivated, organized and willing to be trained and learn new things or skills.

3. Social Bookmarking, Blog Commenting, Forum Posts

– With at least 2 years of experience in SEO – Search Engine Optimization
– Knows Social Bookmarking, Blog Commenting, Forum Posts
– Good command in English language
– Flexible, motivated, and willing to be trained

4. Affiliate Marketing Specialist

Responsible for handling affiliate marketing, ready to answer support tickets and phone inquiries if needed.

– Part time or full time positions available.
– Must have at least 1 year experience in managing affiliates and customers for e-commerce companies.
– Good command in the English language; specifically knows American word culture/slangs.
– Must be knowledgeable in SEO, internet marketing particularly affiliate marketing; with at least 2 years’ experience in the field.
– Flexible, motivated, and willing to be trained

5. EBay & Amazon Store Specialist

– Part time or full time positions available.
– Experience in running Ebay and Amazon Stores is preferred.
– Good command in the English language; both verbal and written
– Familiar or knowledge on Ebay & Amazon; must know how to manage, market and promote products on Ebay & Amazon.
– Should be able to update inventories and data feeds in a timely manner.
