COMPANY NURSE/HR STAFF
Job Description: The company nurse will provide basic health care services to employees, including but not limited to provide first aid treatment and dispense over-the-counter medications, maintain employee health records, and assess health status of employees and recommends if they need to be sent home or continue working. The company Nurse will also handle and administer the HMO, Insurance and Annual Physical Exam and oversee the completion of employee health cards.
Part of the responsibility of the Company Nurse is also to assist in some HR processes like maintaining of the 201 records and monitoring of office supplies.
Job Qualifications:
?Must be a Registered Nurse
?With at least 1 year work experience
?With Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) Training Certificate Training Certificate is an advantage
?Able to maintain confidentiality and can work independently on assigned tasks
?Experience in Human Resource is an advantage
?Good interpersonal skills
