Position: TANKER DRIVERS

Job Summary:

Under general supervision and direction and within the limits of the established process, procedure and policies of Operations Department, generally responsible to transport and deliver petroleum products to customers by applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations and roads in the area. The truck driver will be responsible for driving to and from designated locations, verifying loads to shipping papers, maintaining record of duty status according to state and federal regulations, and performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections.

Qualifications:

  • At least High school graduate
  • With 123 Restriction of driver’s license
  • Knowledge in minor repair
  • At least 1 to 4 yrs. Experience driving
  • Must be honest and Hard working
  • Customer service oriented
  • Willing to work on Extended hours
  • Willing to work on shifting schedule
  • Willing to Travel

Position: HR COORDINATOR

Under general supervision and direction and within the limits of the established process, procedure and policies of RTSI operations, performs a variety of routine administrative tasks in support to the operations including scheduling, reporting, writing correspondence, emailing, handling visitors, routing callers, and answering questions and requests. Acts as the coordinator to HR and other shared services units for HR, IT, Legal and other related matters

  • 21-30 years old

  • Graduate of any four yr. course preferably BS Psychology or any business related course.
  • 1 – 2 years administrative and HRD related work/job
  • Possess good interpersonal skills, can easily get along with diverse personalities, tactful and mature.

  • Resourceful and well organized.
  • Excellent in English Communication (verbal and written), including telephone communication.

Position: ACCOUNTING ASSOCIATE

Job Summary:

Under general guidance and within the limits of the established process, procedure and policies of RTSI Accounting operations is responsible in monitoring and recording all customer transactions derived from sales activity, recording other necessary transaction related to accounts receivables, employees cash advances, aging of accounts receivables and attend to other financial tasks and reports as directed by superiors to ensure accuracy and efficiency of operations.

Qualifications:

  •  Male or female
  • Single/Married
  • BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration and other business related course
  • At least with 1 year proven working experience as accounts receivable clerk/staff
  • Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting receivable principles;
  • Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records;
  • Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers;
  • Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software;
  • Proficiency in English and in MS Office;
  • Customer service orientation and negotiation skills;
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Position: ACCOUNTING GENERALIST

Job Summary:

Under general supervision and direction within the limits of the established process, procedure and policies of RTSI Accounting operations, shall be responsible in encoding and recording the day to day financial transactions of assigned stations, including inventory, sales, receipts and payments and must ensure that all necessary data and information posted to the appropriate accounting system is timely and accurate.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any four (4) year business related course
  • At least with 1-2 years proven working experience as accounts payable clerk/staff
  • Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles;
  • Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records;
  • Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers;
  • Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software;
  • Proficiency in English and in MS Office;
  • Customer service orientation and negotiation skills;
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
