Internal Audit Staff
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conducts audit to all PSWRI Branches nationwide and to be submitted by the VP-Audit for checking.
• Checks Petty Cash Voucher (PCV) forwarded from the Accounting Department.
• Pre-audit of all fund transfers and checks, upon issuance of checks for confirmation of payee and amount, and monitoring against ledger/logbook.
• Checking of weekly/monthly payroll and commission of all PSWRI branches nationwide and IBH.
• Checking of officials receipts and cash invoices from monthly collections.
• Conduct warehouse inventory as per advice of VP-Audit.
• Checks scraps from motorpool, warehouse and production.
• Posting a material document made from conducting physical inventory of stocks.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology or Management Accounting .
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to travel companywide.
• Preferably 1-4 yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Audit or equivalent,
• Highly Organized.
• Can keep confidentiality.
• Can do multi-tasking.
• Analytical, accurate and keen on details.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
