ARCHITECT
? Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree
? At least 2 years of professional experience.
? Without professional licensed are welcome.
? Has a practical and scientific skills. Strong mathematical ability.
? Knowledgeable of design and CAD skills. An interest in buildings
? Has a methodical, logical and analytical approach.
? Has an awareness of the social and environmental impact of their work. Has a good business awareness.
? Ability to manage and lead a team.
? Ability to work under pressure to deadlines.

DRIVERS
• High School Graduate
• Must have a LTO Professional Driver Licensed
• Highly skilled in driving light and heavy vehicles.
• Competent at checking vehicle for problems and performing pre/post trip maintenance tasks.
• Known for demonstrating a high level of courtesy and professionalism to passengers and
• Well-versed in cleaning of both the inside and outside of vehicle.
• Able to give accurate and detailed information about routes and journey.
• Demonstrated ability to provide a secure environment for passengers and employer while
• Thorough understanding of motor vehicle engine
• Effective skills in keeping a record of miles
• Familiar with all traffic laws and regulations.
