Role Overview and Objectives
Pane e Dolci Co. is looking for an Office Manager who shall manage the general administrative and daily operations of the business reporting directly to Management/Business Owners.

• Office Manager specifically has shown problem solving skills to in administrative, operations, and human resource management.
• Responsible for the execution of discipline in the workplace, active management and development of the staff, and effective reporting to management.
• Willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities in accordance to company’s vision.

Daily duties and responsibilities:

Operation Management:

• Lead a small team of admin associates.
• Coordinate with department heads during operations.
• Daily reporting to management.
• Schedule meetings and appointments.
• Maintain office equipment condition and facilitate necessary repairs.
• Organize office operations and procedures.
• Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time.
• Handles monthly payment for rentals, utilities, internet, staff benefits, etc.
• Prepare new store applications and proposals.
• Prepare monthly payroll.
• Prepare monthly cashbook with supporting documents.
• Manage contract and price negotiations with suppliers and service providers.
• Manage monthly budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Administrative and Human Resource Management:
• Facilitate and coordinate recruitment and hiring of employees.
• Prepare employment letter and relevant documents for new employees.
• Address employee’s queries regarding office management issues.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
• Compile and update employee records.
• Work with employees on their personal development plans & deliver constructive performance evaluations.
• Execute employee retention programs to keep top performers.
• Manage staff welfare.
• Identify training needs and initiates/facilitates development programs.
• Actively manage poor performance utilizing performance improvement plans.
• Keeping exact records attendance of the employees
• Filing the leave forms and keeping a track of the leaves taken.
• Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations and conferences

• University Degree or higher in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience in Restaurant/Hospitality.
• Fluency (written and spoken) in English.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a team leader.

-Salary is above the new Cagayan de Oro City minimum rate
(quite attractive for a regular day-job)
