OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH NURSE
(HUMAN RESOURCE MEDICAL SERVICES DEPARTMENT)
QUALIFICATIONS:
– Registered Nurse
– At least one (1) year experience in Industrial health and safety
-Preferably holder of the Certificate of 50 Hours Basic Occupational Safety & Health (BOSH) Training Course for Nurses (issued by OHNAP or any DOLE – accredited training organization)
– Oral and written communication skill
– Interpersonal skill
JOB DESCRIPTION
– Organize and administer a health services program integrating occupational safety in the workplace
– Provide nursing care and temporary treatment in case of injury or illness
– Perform pre-employment Physical Examination and health maintenance examination
– Maintain monthly report and record system
