Responsibilities:
– Performs all the task in the kitchen area
– Assist the cooks when needed
– Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen
– Receive all kitchen stocks and ingredients; ensure that all deliveries are with standard quality
– Washing all bar utensils, plates, glasses and other kitchen utensils
– Follow HACCP principles and standards
